Reporting

Access to reporting endpoints and docs is provided on a case-by-case-basis. Contact the TodayPay team for more information.

TodayPay provides a full-suite of reporting that can be used for internal bookeeping, reconciliation, customer service, and more. Reporting can be enabled and customized on a case by case basis.

File-based reporting

File-based reporting can be scheduled for automatic delivery via SFTP, email, or custom methods. Coordinate with the TodayPay team to enable this reporting and confirm format. Files are returned in .csv format.

API-based reporting

API-based reporting can provide live information on full payment history, status, customer redemption information, etc. Coordinate with the TodayPay team to enable API reporting access.

Report Types

Payment Report – returns payments on any frequency and data period
